Being a mediterranean restaurant, at The Chef’s Table, one can enjoy Al fresco dining in our conservatory or street dining outside on the pavement which leads down to the Mediterranean sea. Indoor seating is set in a beautiful Classic Maltese style dining room with a contemporary warm decor and cosy atmosphere. One may also opt for our elegant private dining room which is tucked away in the back of the Restaurant all set up for that special occasion, a business meeting or an intimate fine dining dinner. The service, led by our friendly front of house team is professional yet not intrusive. Born and raised in Zebbug Malta, Chef Patron Alain James Grech is a young well accomplished, ambitious Chef who is living his dream of opening a restaurant.
Alain Has 17 years of experience from the humble take away to Michelin star fine dining restaurant kitchens across the globe. Before opening The Chef’s Table, Alain and his wife Noemi traveled across Asia and broadened their culinary and cultural horizons.

Elena joined our restaurant in December 2021 and has worked hard to build costomer relationships and extending our beverage offering due to her past experience in a cocktail bar. We are happy to have her on board.
